DirtPhunks honor forgotten heroes through latest release “Subway Reflections”

DirtPhunk's new single “Subway Reflections” turns an unexpected encounter into a touching tribute to sacrifice and hidden courage. Inspired by an older man in a wheelchair playing the harmonica for change, the song slowly reveals a deeper truth, under the cover of a forgotten drifter was a World War II resistance hero. That revelation gives the lyrics their emotional heft, a tribute to those who suffered and died so others could live with more safety and freedom. “Subway Reflections” is about remembering the lives behind history's protections and knowing that extraordinary courage can wear an ordinary face.
