Howard Gladstone paints a northern dreamscape on “Fifty Words For Snow”

Howard Gladstone’s "Fifty Words For Snow" is like a winter landscape carefully painted. The song is full of imagery and atmosphere, producing the physical vastness of the Great White North and the emotional spaces hidden inside of us. Background vocals from Laura Fernandez and Julie Gladstone warm the cold setting, while swirling synth textures from Ed Michael Roth add movement and depth. Together, these components create a tune that beckons the listener to wander through its emotional and musical environment.
