Joshua Hawkes gets the pieces love leaves behind on latest release “Glitter”

“Glitter” is a tender meditation by Joshua Hawkes on the memories and small reminders that unexpectedly come back to mind. The song suggests you can never truly erase a loved one from your life, they are like glitter, showing up in the most unexpected places. Joshua Hawkes gives that familiar feeling a graceful emotional form, finding beauty in the residue of meaningful connections. The song's premise is quietly affecting because the imagery feels both simple and deeply recognizable. “Glitter” transforms everyday reminders into a beautiful meditation on love, memory, and what stays.
