“Starting Today” by Luke Pacuk is an honest soundtrack for anyone who’s had enough of modern life pressures. The song is about hitting a bottom with work, financial issues, and the feeling of always being overwhelmed, and then saying enough is enough. Luke Pacuk channels that frustration into a statement of self determination, tapping into the emotional energy of drawing a line and choosing to live life on your own terms. The premise has an attractive honesty to it, because the desire for freedom does not seem romanticized. “Starting Today” is a song about a personal reset, delivered with conviction and purpose.
