Whitey Morgan and the 78’s turn highway life into latest release “Hell on the Highway”

Whitey Morgan and the 78’s strip away the mystery of “Hell on the Highway” with a country sound made for long roads, hard miles, and stories shared through the night. The song is about life on the road, and the pressures, loneliness, and rough edged freedom that come with it. Whitey Morgan’s delivery makes the writing feel lived in, and the country setting keeps the mood direct and unvarnished. When the road itself is the drama, no excess is needed. “Hell on the Highway” is a good country song, gritty and driving, with a strong sense of place.
