Arctis balance heavy guitars and melodic hooks on “Alone In A Crowd”

Finnish pop-metal band Arctis bring big hooks, heavy guitars, and commanding female vocals on “Alone In A Crowd.” The single is the fourth release in the band's current six-week rollout, continuing their modern melodic metal direction. The title plays on the familiar contradiction of being surrounded by people yet feeling disconnected, a theme that gives heavy music a personal entry point. "Alone In A Crowd" offers another angle on Arctis’ sound, balancing the hook-oriented approach and the power you’d expect from a female-fronted Finnish metal band.
