Chaka Boy rejects the rules and reclaims his craft on latest release “North Division”

Chaka Boy sharpens his artistic mission on “North Division,” the third single from A Canadian Werewolf in Alaska. Rejecting industry labels for an artist-first philosophy, the track champions loyalty, unity, protecting one’s inner circle, and relentless refinement of the songwriting craft. The Dirty Sample supplies cinematic, Western-inspired production that builds tension beneath Chaka Boy’s pointed rhymes, giving the record a rugged, widescreen environment. As the arrangement gathers momentum, the track moves towards an explosive statement from Team Cold Camp, North Division. More than a declaration of allegiance, the single presents creative independence as a commitment worth defending, delivered with conviction and a strong sense of identity.
