Hari Vasan turns an unfinished American story into "The Experiment"

Hari Vasan’s “The Experiment” is an anthemic Americana statement on personal experience, carrying emotional weight. Born in 2020 during the racial reckoning, the song explores Vasan’s experience as the son of immigrants still fighting to be seen as American. The track is built on a minor-key folk-rock foundation and has a determined drive, but an underlying ache keeps the emotion close to the surface. "The Experiment" is earnest, probing, and defiant, delivering its message with conviction but without losing its heart.
