"Electric Feel" by Lexie captures the nervous excitement of entering adulthood, when the frameworks you were raised with start to dissolve and new possibilities appear. The track is a reflection on the uncertainty that comes after college, and looks at freedom, not as a destination, but as something that can be found in experience. The view has an appealing honesty, becoming yourself rarely comes with a road map, and independence can be as exciting as it is scary. The song's core idea speaks to anyone going through a major life transition and figuring out what freedom truly is outside expectations. Lexie turns doubt into a chance for self-examination and reinvention.
