Nina Blu's "van gogh" is a deeply personal tribute to Blu, the cherished dog whose memory the artist honors in the project's name. Written in the painful process of grieving a beloved companion, the song captures how loss can briefly dim even life's simplest pleasures. Its emotional heart is the realization that healing can happen quietly, sometimes in a moment when the world starts to feel beautiful again. The words "I can see colors again" testify to that tender but significant return of joy. Nina Blu honors love and moves forward with tenderness and gratitude.
