Rajeev Prasanna gives unspoken love a melody on “Kyun”

The heart of “Kyun” by Rajeev Prasanna was shaped on long tour-bus rides on Shreya Ghoshal’s US tour, where the melody was inspired by memories of unspoken love. Prasanna ponders the unspoken thoughts, the courage that never came, and the doors that might have opened with a confession. “Kyun” is a musical home for quiet regret, inviting the listener to re-examine the relationships forged by all they never managed to say.
