Atlanta songwriter Riley Rowan's "Here's Hopin" portrays love struggling to survive betrayal. This song blends the deeply personal melancholy of French chanson with Americana's subtle storytelling. It's about a woman caught between her loyalty and the heartbreak of an unfaithful partner. Featuring vocals by Angie Robba, the song is produced by five-time Grammy Award winner Ray Kennedy. "Here's Hopin" is about the tough spot of knowing you deserve better and still hoping love will somehow return.
