Swaan turn longing into a tidal rush on "Whirlpull"

Swaan’s new single "Whirlpull" hits the ground running. A whirlwind of shoegaze textures and alt-rock intensity. The song is only two and a half minutes long, but the loud instrumentation and generous wall-of-sound production help it pick up speed quickly. The song's emotional power comes from the contrast between the dreamy verses and the powerful peaks. “Whirlpull” takes on added significance as the last recording to feature drummer Isaac, making every moment more meaningful and unforgettable.
