The CJays capture the joy of better days with latest release “Returning Smiles”

The CJays are back with a hopeful song, “Returning Smiles,” about making it through a difficult year and still believing in better days ahead. The idea at its heart is lovely, when that familiar smile reappears, the burden of all that has been borne seems lighter, and perhaps all will be well. The song doesn’t reach for a big proclamation, but finds emotional power in that moment of new found happiness.“Returning Smiles” gently reminds us that joy can return after a long season.
